内容・業務内容

• Identifying and sourcing potential clients and partners for rental/lease of apartments in Ho Chi Minh City
• Introducing and showing properties to clients based on their requirements
• Preparing quotations, contracts, and other necessary documents for clients and partners
• Reviewing rental/service fees, tracking accounts receivable, and sending payment requests to clients regularly
• Reporting regularly or on-demand to direct supervisors and headquarters in Hanoi
• Building a database of potential companies/partners to introduce services
• Gaining a deep understanding of available apartments and services in Ho Chi Minh City, especially new properties
• Handling urgent requests and resolving issues for clients
• Collaborating with the team to meet business goals
• Handling other tasks as assigned by the office in Ho Chi Minh City or management
