必要な条件

• Business-level English
• Solid experience in garment factories or production management (especially handling export orders to Japan).

• Experience in apparel sales or working under OEM/ODM models for the Japanese market (minimum of 3 years).

• Proven management experience (either in factory teams or sales teams).

• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Work experience in Vietnam or other ASEAN countries.

• As the core responsibilities involve daily coordination with factories (on-site inspections, quality improvement guidance, delivery schedule negotiations, etc.), candidates must be capable of handling practical, on-site tasks.

仕事の内容・業務内容

• Propose new product ideas for stores to increase sales and meet sales targets.

• Responsible for working with suppliers and stores throughout the entire process — from ordering to delivery — for both domestic and import/export products.

• Support the product development process.

• Lead business operations, develop local human resources, and manage the team.
