Responsibilities (Job responsibilities to be handed by Candidate)
General Purpose of the job: The overall purpose of the front sale is to bring the revenue to the company by offering the equipment and services that fit best to the customer business needs and to maintain the long term business with the customers, contributing to meeting the business target of the company. For this position, a sales quota is applied. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Sales: -understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs; -Collaborate with the quote team to develop proposal to the customer responding to their RFP -Advice the customers about the products they need ( in collaboration with Engineer sales team) -Negotiate the price with customers and collaborate with the quote team to revise the quotations Project Management: -Follow up the project from the need to the invoice issuing (quote making, submission and acceptance follow up, delivery and delivery notes, invoice issuing) and move the project (if possible) to the maintenance service. -Timely collaborate with back-sales team for quote making, revising and PO placement, follow up the PO and delivery process from the vendor to the company and from the company to customers -Timely collaborate with Engineer team to ensure the timely technical service for customers -Timely collaborate with the accounting team for timely invoice issuing, updating the estimation of revenue date. After sales services: -Maintain good contact with customer to make sure that we can provide the service to meet all their maintenance needs are well as the warranty needs -Predict the potential needs for timely consultation Development of market share : -maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals; -developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology; -Proactive in meeting potential customers -Expanding the target group, getting new customers, and keeping the existing ones. Key Performance Indicators: -Amount of revenue (MP, % of MP realization) -No of contracts/ customer -Long term partnership with customers |
